WaterProofing

Huge thanks to Rick Gressett with Bodhi Construction & Consulting Services and Lance DiBona with Roman Builders on waterproofing the Iconic W Pool In Ft Lauderdale using Krytons waterproofing products. Krystol T1, Krystol Repair Grout and Krystol Plug. Not all crystalline products perform the same.

WaterProofing

Protecting the joints is one of the key factors in waterproofing concrete, traditional bentonite waterstop failure is common once it goes through the wet and dry cycle. Patch the cold joint with Krystol Repair Grout Remove delaminated flooring and grind off epoxy.1700Sqf Walls were coated with Krystol T1 and the floor was coated with Krystol Repair grout.

Miami Beach Building

Facade restoration in progress in Miami Beach using Kryton's Waterproofing system. Here we have Krystol Repair Grout as a parge coating to fully waterproof the exterior. Once completed KMA Krystol Mortar Admixture will be added to the stucco for added protection -Krystol Repair Grout is a non shrink grout with fibers 8500psi. -Becomes part of the structure for the life of the concrete. -Krystol Repair Grout gives you both a chemical and mechanical bond. -Added protection for CMU block walls and cast in place concrete.

LaSalle Pump Station

This past Monday at the COJ LaSalle Pump Station project, the The Haskell Company team poured ~500cy of tremie concrete with (KIM) Krystol Internal Membrane.
